Maryland public health policy has significant impacts on the health of members of our minority community.  During the most recent session of the Maryland General Assembly, the legislature approved, and the governor signed, bills that improve the health services we provide in Maryland.  Wesley Queen from the University of Maryland will discuss these bills and the impacts they will have on the minority community.

Mr. Queen currently serves as Coordinator of the Legacy Leadership Institute on Public Policy Program.  In addition, Mr. Queen is Co-Director of the Community Engagement and Outreach Core, of the Maryland Center for Health Equity.
